Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience performing business and financial analysis
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or related experience
• Advanced skills in Power BI (Power Query M, DAX), Excel and SQL
• Strong data visualization and data storytelling ability
• Proven ability to support data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization, by providing clear financial insights, analyses, and strategic recommendations.
• Deep understanding of ETL processing and data warehousing
• Experience with CRM, ERP systems, SaaS and sales KPIs
• Knowledge of subscription business models, preferably in edtech
• Solid understanding of data structures and analytics
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Discernment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business and financial data to generate actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses while ensuring accuracy through built-in checks and balances.
• Build complex financial models to forecast performance, assess ROI, and evaluate business scenarios, along with identifying trends and patterns to inform strategic recommendations.
• Create visually compelling graphs, charts, and written narratives to convey insights effectively to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate across departments to translate stakeholder needs into detailed technical requirements, support database development to maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
