Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a client-facing role within a digital environment.
• At least 2 years' experience managing projects and coordinating teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in Excel and prior experience working with HTML.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
• Experience with international brands and familiarity with digital, personalization, e-commerce, or email marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive customer onboarding progress through calls, emails, and consistent follow-up.
• Oversee the setup of customer accounts and the switch-on of various features to ensure smooth implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams like Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver larger projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the onboarding process, capturing key customer requirements and implementation details.
• Act as the central point of contact for customers, providing guidance and troubleshooting support as necessary.
• Keep project management tools updated to reflect current status, ensuring transparency across teams.
