Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MHA, or related field)
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in an operational leadership role (revenue operations not required), preferably within a similar industry with comparable scale
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating large-scale teams in a complex operational environment achieving financial objectives
  • Experience implementing complex systems and technology solutions that span across multiple geographies
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and process optimization
  • Strong ability to influence at the executive level as well motivate their team to drive organization-wide change
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics and the ability to manage budgets along with a large team
  • Experience navigating regulatory and compliance frameworks in healthcare revenue operations a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee strategies that optimize and grow yield and revenue
  • Spearhead initiatives that leverage technology and data to maximize growth and improve efficiency
  • Lead continuous process improvement efforts to enhance revenue cycle design and process
  • Establish and track key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Ensure operational efficiency in revenue management through a combination of leading best practices, developing team members, and innovation
  • Develop and carry out a multi-year vision and strategy to drive continued growth and innovation
  • Align revenue operations with evolving healthcare industry trends and regulatory changes
  • Oversee complex problem-solving efforts, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making
  • Serve as a thought leader, identifying opportunities for innovation and operational transformation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure revenue operations is positioned as a strategic business enabler and thought partner
  • Manage and lead a high-performing team, driving engagement, enablement, talent development, and succession planning
  • Manage a geographically dispersed team, including 4-6 direct reports and200-300 indirect teammates
  • Lead a growing, socially responsible business that strives to be the role model for American Healthcare
  • Lead through influence, providing strategic guidance and effecting change outside of lane in the interest of bettering the overall organization
  • Coach, motivate and develop teammates through formal and informal feedback and development opportunities in alignment with DaVita's Mission and Core Values
