Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Legal Operations, Contracts Management, or Compliance.
- Experience reviewing and managing DPAs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and security questionnaires.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, contract management tools, and privacy regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Finance, and Security teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct first-pass legal reviews of contracts (NDAs, DPAs, MSAs, client agreements, RFPs, and vendor agreements).
- Manage insurance forms and certificates of insurance.
- Redline, negotiate, and coordinate contract execution.
- Provide guidance on non-standard deal terms and escalate exceptions.
- Manage the contracts inbox, ensuring timely review, negotiation, and signature of agreements.
- Maintain contract databases & track renewal deadlines.
- Improve contracting workflows, moving documents into Salesforce, Ironclad, or another CLM.
- Help leverage self-service legal tools for sales and business teams.
- Support team with templating, playbooks, and process improvements.
