Responsibilities:

Define and execute the engineering vision, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of the ThriveCart platform.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused culture.
Work closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to develop and launch new features that enhance user experience and business outcomes.
Oversee infrastructure, system architecture, and DevOps strategies to ensure a reliable and scalable platform.
Implement and enforce best practices for software development, including CI/CD, code reviews, testing, and security protocols.
Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new technologies and methodologies to keep ThriveCart at the forefront of eCommerce innovation.
