• Solid knowledge of tort, contract, and insurance law
• Admitted to the state bar in the state where they are located or will be admitted within the stipulated time

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and draft coverage opinions
• Review knowledge articles for compliance
• Answer claims-related questions from staff
• Assist with Department of Insurance complaint responses
• Develop uniform strategies for recurring subjects
