Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in HSE&I Management, Business Analysis, or related field
  • Proven expertise in workflow and automation systems implementation and technical configuration
  • HSE&I industry experience highly preferred
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and relevant business tools
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, EHS&I, or related field (preferred)
Responsibilities:
  • Lead comprehensive client onboarding sessions through the implementation journey
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments via workshops to define customer-specific requirements
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to develop and track project plans
  • Ensure timely updates, on-budget delivery, and adherence to project scope
  • Create technical design documentation and configure HSI Donesafe solutions to align with customer specifications
  • Facilitate data migration from legacy systems
  • Conduct thorough internal and client-facing quality assurance testing
  • Design and facilitate effective training sessions for diverse user groups
  • Develop comprehensive user documentation for administrators and end-users
  • Provide responsive post-go-live support to ensure smooth customer transitions
  • Mentor junior team members, offering technical and implementation guidance
  • Partner with Customer Support Teams to ensure seamless handover processes
  • Identify, assess, and proactively develop mitigation strategies for project risks
  • Collaborate on mitigation planning and risk log reviews with project managers
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
