Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the fintech, payment orchestration, SaaS, or enterprise tech sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in international markets, particularly in the USA and Europe.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the payment industry, including payment gateways, PSPs, acquirers, and fraud prevention.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills for engaging with C-suite stakeholders and enterprise clients.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in using data to drive decision-making and sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with payment regulations (e.g., PSD2, PCI DSS, DORA) in the USA and Europe.
  • Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
  • A network of industry contacts in the payment and fintech ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth in the USA and European markets.
  • Identify high-potential verticals and target clients, aligning efforts with the company’s global expansion strategy.
  • Set ambitious sales goals, KPIs, and quarterly targets in collaboration with the executive leadership team.
  • Implement robust reporting systems to provide actionable insights on sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making for all stakeholders.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a world-class sales team with regional and sector-specific expertise.
  • Foster a results-oriented, collaborative sales culture focused on client success and continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure team success.
  • Build strong relationships with key enterprise merchants.
  • Coordinate with the Partnerships Team building strategic alliances with PSPs, acquirers, and strategic partners.
  • Leverage insights into payment orchestration trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine the go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership platforms to increase brand visibility and credibility.
  • Brings a validated client portfolio to the company.
  • Implement sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and processes to streamline sales operations.
  • Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize conversion rates, deal cycles, and revenue.
  • Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Focus on helping merchants optimize revenue by improving payment acceptance, reducing costs, and streamlining payment operations.
  • Coordinate with Partnership team strategic alliances with payment providers, gateways, and other ecosystem players.
  • Negotiate complex deals and contracts with enterprise clients and partners.
