Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in corporate accounting.
• CPA or equivalent certification or are a candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Takes responsibility for quality of work product, including both success and failures.
• Drive best in class processes such as the financial statement close, inventory, fixed assets, compensation accounting, debt and compliance, accruals and leases.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls, ensuring adherence to company policies and mitigating financial risks.
• Ensure all financial practices comply with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy within the corporate accounting function and the border organization.
• Partner with departments such as FP&A, Treasury, and Operations to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
• Maintain relationships with external auditors, ensuring a smooth and efficient audit process.
