Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in channel/ partner marketing
  • A strong understanding of B2B tech partner ecosystems, channel dynamics, and co-marketing best practices.
  • Proven success in building, executing and scaling marketing programs, across multiple channels and/or audiences
  • Ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal teams, aligning strategies for mutual success.
  • Excellent communication and project management and analytical skills
  • Experience interacting with senior-level executives, both internally and externally, with the ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute to-partner, through-partner and co-marketing campaigns to empower partners in effectively marketing and selling our products and solutions.
  • Deeply understand partners' business priorities to identify mutually beneficial opportunities for joint campaigns, initiatives and thought leadership that increases awareness of our expanding footprint.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to partners on joint marketing efforts, ensuring compelling messaging, brand consistency, and effective execution.
  • Collaborate with channel management, marketing, and marketplace teams to identify market opportunities and initiatives that expand our market reach and drive impact.
  • Design and scale co-marketing programs including joint events, webinars, digital marketing, and thought leadership that generate revenue and foster partner engagement.
  • Oversee and optimize a co-marketing budget, ensuring resources are strategically allocated to high-impact programs.
  • Define, track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of channel marketing programs including lead generation, solution adoption, and revenue impact.
  • Act as the bridge between the channel and marketing teams, ensuring alignment on strategy, messaging, content creation, and overall channel marketing initiatives.
