Responsibilities:
  • Creating high-converting static and animated ad creatives for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other paid media platforms
  • Support video editors with graphic and motion design support
  • Designing and iterating on ad creatives based on data-driven performance insights
  • Adapting and resizing assets for multiple platforms while maintaining design integrity
  • Working closely with video editors to ensure seamless integration of graphics and animations into video ads
  • Developing custom illustrations to enhance ad creatives and brand storytelling
  • Animating assets to create eye-catching motion graphics and GIFs optimized for digital ads
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and best practices for ad creatives in paid media
  • Organizing and managing a creative asset library for easy access and reuse
  • Developing templates and design systems to improve efficiency and maintain brand consistency
  • Collaborating with the Paid Ads team to brainstorm creative strategies and test new ideas
  • Analyzing performance metrics to optimize designs and improve conversion rates
