Requirements:
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience as a Contracts Manager, Contracts Specialist, or Contracts Paralegal, which includes exposure and proficiency drafting and negotiating MSAs, SOWs and NDAs across various categories of spend
  • Experience using commercial contracting tools, including Agiloft CLM, Ironclad CLM, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Oracle ERP, ServiceNow, OneTrust, DocuSign, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong attention to detail with a customer-first attitude
  • Be a process-minded and oriented professional
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
  • Advise, draft and negotiate a variety of: (a) technology contracts, including software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, IT services agreements and software licenses; (b) professional services, consulting services and business process outsourcing contracts; (c) commercial agreements, including supply/purchase contracts, services agreements and non-disclosure agreements; and (d) data contracts, including hosting agreements, data processing agreements, data security agreements, etc.
  • Independently negotiate MSAs, SOWs and NDAs on Twilio’s template and vendor’s template
  • Draft and negotiate non-standard contractual terms and language from scratch into MSAs and SOWs
  • Be an operational expert on Twilio’s Global Procurement contracting processes
  • Serve as a point of contact to provide commercial contracts-related education and process guidance to your Global Procurement clients
  • Contribute to your knowledge and learnings from novel situations to the Global Procurement Playbook
  • Provide support on a variety of ad-hoc operational projects and tasks
  • Develop, assist and provide training and enablement resources to Global Procurement clients
