Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or Digital Marketer.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and optimize performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and PPC management.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize our ecommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
  • Create compelling and high-quality content for product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve strategies.
  • Optimize website content and product listings for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and ensure a strong online presence.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and targeting specific customer groups to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media metrics.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience on our ecommerce platforms, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed to stay ahead.
