Requirements:

• 1+ years of IT experience
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Attentiveness to detail – show initiative
• Customer service excellence – must be happy to solve IT problems with a smile
• Understanding of MacOS and Macbook devices, Google Workspace (G-Suite), Atlassian Product Stack and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Mosyle MDM
• Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of vendors and service providers
• Awesome verbal and written communication skills, attentiveness to detail – show initiative
• Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of vendors and service providers
• Knowledge of Salesforce is ideal but not required

Responsibilities:

• Will help in setting up new hardware/software and access for new hires in a 100% remote workforce environment
• Effectively challenges current processes and develops novel approaches
• Determines project deadlines and objectives with management
• Provides support of complex applications and special projects within NeuraFlash
• Developing solutions to complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors across multiple platforms.
• Implements projects in support of internal corporate infrastructure
• Supports and trains users on hardware systems and software applications
• Advises and makes recommendations on equipment and software application purchases
• Provides statistics for measuring technical services
