Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling copy/script for posts and videos that align with MFA India’s mission and brand voice.
  • Craft and manage monthly content calendars to ensure consistent posting and timely updates.
  • Assist with basic WordPress updates and blog posts.
  • Write and publish blog content that supports our mission and campaigns.
  • Actively respond to comments, direct messages (DMs), and mentions to foster a positive and engaged community.
  • Engage with other brands, plant-based celebrities, and influencers to build relationships and amplify our reach.
  • Monitor and manage online conversations about MFA and relevant topics.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance using various analytics tools.
  • Create detailed weekly, monthly, and annual reports on social media metrics, trends, and campaign performance.
  • Utilize insights to refine content strategy and improve engagement.
  • Identify and track influencers who align with MFA’s brand values.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers to promote MFA’s initiatives and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop content strategies that leverage current trends and resonate with our target audience.
  • Assist in creating and managing email campaigns using MailChimp or Pardot.
  • Design and write email content to engage and grow our subscriber base.
