Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on new product launches or experience working at startups in their early journey
  • Experience selling Contact Center or related technologies is a must
  • Experience selling AI product is a must including but not limited to NLP, LLM related products
  • Experience selling Conversational AI products is good to have
  • Experience building and iterating on the collateral needed to prove customer value prop and sell
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expert knowledge of contact center market and AI technology to diagnose customers problems and effectively position Observe.AI’s Conversational AI product for customer value
  • Validate there is a real user need in the market that will be served by this new product
  • Identify end user persona to gain understanding of prospects goals, pain points and unmet needs (and where Observe.AI can solve)
  • You will prospect, develop, create sales pipeline and close new customers onto our Observe.AI Platform through inbound and outbound efforts
  • Own the full sales-cycle from lead to close
  • Educate and consult customers on the value of our new product throughout the sales and adoption cycle
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive adoption of our new Conversational AI product
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing enterprise-level deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product based on market need
  • Prioritize opportunities and manage a high volume of inbound and outbound email efficiently
  • Design, develop, and deliver client facing sales content and presentations, etc.
  • Foster relationships with senior executives and decision makers across all industries
  • Clearly articulate the product's value proposition through various channels
  • Forecast performance against sales targets with a high degree of accuracy using a combination of bottoms up deal by deal commits and top down territory analysis
  • Monitoring sales and tracking relevant KPIs to evaluate the business strategy
