Requirements:

• Proven experience in telephone sales.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
• Full-time availability for a remote position.
• Fluent English (both written and verbal). Ideally C1 upwards.
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Promote our products and services using a prepared script. Able to adjust pitch spontaneously if the situation demands it.
• Engage with prospective and current customers to answer questions and address concerns.
• Maintain customer files with utmost accuracy in our database.
• Uphold Spines’ high standards in customer service.
• Suggest changes that could enhance efficiency or decrease costs.
