Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Payroll Specialist, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, or other Zoho finance applications.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial and payroll information with integrity.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter financial transactions into Zoho Books and maintain records.
  • Process payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Assist in generating financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, deductions, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and payroll regulations.
  • Assist with audits, tax filings, and end-of-year financial reporting.
  • Work with the finance team to improve financial processes and efficiency.
