Responsibilities:
  • Lead program execution of multi-phase projects.
  • Develop and manage program timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration.
  • Prepare key production deliverables.
  • Ensure that agreements for influencers are accurate.
  • Proactively inform Production leadership of project status.
  • Travel to attend and manage influencer presence at events and/or shoots.
  • Excel at adopting and utilizing key tech and SaaS platforms.
  • Responsible for successful casting of influencers for campaigns.
  • Leverage Collectively’s process, tools, and historical performance to provide strategic and relevant talent recommendations.
  • Lead research, recruitment, and presentation of influencer talent for active campaigns.
  • Conduct outreach to our influencer Community, new potential partners, and their respective agents.
  • Work cross-functionally to manage scaled seeding (gifting) programs.
  • Create surveys for additional information and opt-ins.
  • Serve as a client point of contact during the production phase of projects.
  • Bring Production POV to internal and client-facing meetings.
  • Respond quickly to any client inquiries or requests.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with clients.
  • Prepare and organize regular campaign updates for clients.
  • Partner with Client Partnerships during key client journey moments.
  • Coordinate involvement and contributions from a variety of cross-functional contributors.
  • Troubleshoot production challenges and deliver thoughtful solutions.
