Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP, Bulk API, Streaming API, etc.).
  • Strong background in custom scripting and automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools and Einstein AI integration within Salesforce.
  • Experience working with multiple business units or subsidiaries within a single Salesforce instance is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, object relationships, and workflow rules.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado) is a plus.
  • Salesforce Developer and/or Architect certifications preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
  • Customize the cloned Salesforce Sales Tracker to align with the sales processes of each of our four companies.
  • Develop and implement Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs, and Lightning components to enhance Salesforce functionality.
  • Create custom scripts and workflows to automate business processes and improve system efficiency.
  • Design and implement integrations with third-party applications, including marketing platforms, ERP systems, and customer support tools.
  • Leverage AI-driven features (such as Einstein AI) to enhance sales forecasting, customer insights, and automation.
  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce security settings, including user roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, sales teams, and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide insights into sales performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and integration failures.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, new features, and AI advancements to continuously improve system capabilities.
