UX Designer Lead

Requirements:

• 8 years experience with Enterprise, B to B SaaS products
• Demonstrable experience forging collaborative relationships with cross functional partners with a focus on configuration and professional services
• Demonstrable experience shaping an ambiguous, sprawling process to streamlined, persona based best practice workflows
• Be comfortable with ambiguity and drive towards crisp problem statements and measures of success with cross functional partners
• Experience working with a platform framework and considering the holistic end user experience
• Experience working with and contributing to a Design System and the React Framework
• Experience presenting design decisions to stakeholders, from peers to executives
• Experience or awareness on how AI is being integrated into workflow experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate, influence, and negotiate with cross functional peers and executive stakeholders on defining and delivering compelling and useful products, based on a strong point of view of the product’s evolution.
• Champion a human centered product development process within the Design team and with cross functional stakeholders: developing deep empathy for customers and end users; developing rigorous expectations on evidence informed decision making; holding teams accountable to a hypothesis based and measurable success metric product development process
• Present design solutions to partners and company executives, defend design decisions and incorporate feedback into the design cycle.
• Partner with UX Research and the Design System team
• Partner with cross functional stakeholders in the implementation and evolution of the product development lifecycle.
