Requirements:

Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
Experience in hospice, palliative, end-of-life care is required
Experience in fast-paced environments: ED, surgical services, or critical care, etc.
Comfortable accessing multiple technology applications to document during calls
Comfortable with typing in a fast-paced environment
Must have high speed internet
Must be tech savvy and have keyboard competence

Responsibilities:

Provide after-hours nurse triage
Handle patient calls
Document patient information using technology applications
Adhere to client-customized protocols
Communicate empathically with patients
