Requirements:
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Strong task management skills and ability to keep cases moving forward.
  • Comfortable interacting with attorneys and clients in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Prior experience in law firm case management, business administration, or a related role (not PI-focused).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the firm’s pipeline of business transactions and corporate legal matters.
  • Track case statuses, follow up with attorneys on pending matters, and ensure files remain up to date.
  • Assist with drafting and finalizing retainers and ensuring completion of necessary client onboarding paperwork.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and attorneys—scheduling appointments, forwarding emails, and providing status updates.
  • Manage deposits, track invoices, and follow up on payments as needed.
  • Maintain Clio (case management software) and assist in streamlining administrative processes.
