Requirements:
  • Proven track record (5 - 10 years) in lead generation for startups or scale-ups in the healthcare and/or health tech space - driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to function fluidly within a small team environment, with a strategic individual contributor approach and mindset of personal ownership and accountability.
  • Expertise in lead scoring, event marketing, harnessing content marketing, campaign development and marketing automation to drive leads and awareness across digital channels.
  • Confidence in data-driven decision-making and hitting commercial targets.
  • Experience with marketing operation, including Hubspot, and/or Marketo, Salesforce Cloud required.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute a lead generation strategy using content, events, and digital marketing.
  • Optimize SQLs to hit revenue targets within budget and customer acquisition cost (CAC) constraints.
  • Craft messaging strategies with marketing peers that resonate with various health plan and employer customer segments.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to align marketing and revenue goals.
