• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent experience
• 3 years of progressive bookkeeping experience
• Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks Online
• Strong understanding of small business accounting and tax services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead communications with clients regarding accounting inquiries
• Manage client escalations and provide exceptional customer service
• Guide clients through service changes and prepare billing clarifications
• Process client termination requests efficiently
