Requirements:

Computer Science degree or related IT degree
At least 2 years’ experience in one of the following (or similar) roles: Helpdesk Engineer, Systems administrators, Systems Engineer
Have used networking monitoring tools or systems

Nice to Have: Zabbix monitoring platform
