- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and initiatives that deliver the most customer and business value.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring post-launch support and iteration.
- Deep experience constructively collaborating with experienced Engineering leaders.
- Partner with compliance, marketing, sales and other teams for seamless delivery.
- Establish and monitor key product metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to get your hands dirty when necessary.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and designers.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Guide team members in their professional development and inspire them to excel.
- Leverage analytics to inform decisions and optimize product performance.
- Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to fuel growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies.
