Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in sourcing, ideally middle, senior, director`s-level vacancies (non-IT/ IT) where Executive search is needed
  • Experience in Executive Search agencies would be a plus
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher spoken and written English, Ukrainian - native
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Research acumen and creativity, a person who can learn new tech roles and business domains quickly and understand how to deliver effective search strategies within requirements
  • Solid communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates
  • Organized and data-focused, with a strong attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset
  • Сurious, a strong desire to learn
Responsibilities:
  • Providing global and local market analysis of target companies, industries, roles in accordance with the open vacancies
  • Sourcing for candidates middle, senior, director`s-level (for example Delivery Director, Head of Travel, Marketing Manager, etc.) all over the world
  • Using a variety of research methods and  sourcing techniques to generate a talent pool for us; creating candidate longlists for searches
  • Maintaining up-to-date information of our talent networks for managerial and highly critical roles and developing an on-going pool of candidates
  • Gathering insights from the candidate’s market and building up-to-date knowledge about the candidates market
  • Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the ATS
  • Attending briefing sessions with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and to take part in building search strategies
  • Creating reports on demand
