Responsibilities:
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets for your assigned territory.
  • Developing sales forecasts and strategies for the territory based on historical data, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Managing budgets related to sales activities, including expenses for travel, sales promotions, and customer engagements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders in the pet food supply chain.
  • Providing training and support to distributors and retailers on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
  • Addressing customer issues and resolving complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and partnerships within the territory.
  • Working closely with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and other marketing activities within the territory.
  • Monitoring market & industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Ensuring that all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
