Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a key member of the divisional leadership team, gaining exposure to high-level decision making and strategic planning.
  • Partner with executive leaders to understand and contribute to company-wide priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Participate in executive mentorship and development programs to prepare for expanded leadership role.
  • Oversee the operations and sales performance of multiple markets, ensuring alignment with divisional goals and company standards.
  • Collaborate with market directors to drive revenue growth, optimize store performance, and deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Gain hands-on experience in analyzing sales trends, managing budgets, and implementing process improvements across markets.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor market directors and store leadership teams, building a pipeline of future leaders.
  • Support talent calibration and succession planning efforts, ensuring strong leadership at all levels of the division.
  • Foster an inclusive and performance-driven culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and employee development.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of divisional strategies, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
