Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in software solutions).
- Proven ability to engage prospects and generate interest in products or services.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Technical background in systems/electronic engineering, computer science, or MIS.
- Experience in consultative sales with a strategic approach to client relationships.
- Fluency in English (C2/native level) required; additional European languages are a plus.
- Developer skills including SQL, APIs, and front-end technologies like JavaScript and React.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable development tasks for sprint pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through proactive outbound prospecting and by building strong post-sale customer relationships.
- Identify and qualify both inbound and outbound leads to create new business opportunities.
- Manage customer renewals efficiently while identifying upsell opportunities to maximize account value.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM tools like HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and tracking sales progress.
- Participate in targeted sales campaigns to increase market awareness and generate demand for IMI products and services.
- Collaborate with partners to expand market reach, promote IMI solutions, and drive successful customer renewals.
- Enhance the customer experience by ensuring every interaction delivers value and fosters long-term loyalty.
