Requirements:
  • University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 17 years
  • Knowledge and experience in designing and developing Microsoft 365 Solutions including SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, MS Teams, and wider M365 Platform
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft graph API and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
  • Very good knowledge of user interface technologies
  • Knowledge of technologies and/or frameworks required to perform the tasks (e.g. SPFx, Javascript, React JS, CSS, APIs)
  • Knowledge of API in SharePoint online and out
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
  • Knowledge of Excel formulas and macros
  • Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft Certified training for developers (e.g. Power Platform Developer Associate)
  • Knowledge of User Experience (UX) design best practices and implementation will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge and application of Agile principles will be considered an asset
  • Excellent command of the English and French language will be considered an asset.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the definition of user needs requirement for information and document management, the architecture on SharePoint Online, management of metadata and SharePoint Term Store and production of SPO architecture documents
  • Develop SharePoint Online sites, including the development of customised web parts, flows, other integrations and JavaScript programming for M365, front-end development of responsive user interface solutions in the M365 suite, identification and fixing of bugs and other coding issues
  • Integrate content from different tools of the M365 suite (e.g. VivaEngage, Teams) within SharePoint Online sites, while addressing the data protection business needs and integrate content from SharePoint on Premise collaborative sites to SharePoint Online sites
  • Upskill employees in terms of SharePoint Online site development through informal knowledge sharing, reporting of key performance indicators (data analysis)
  • Assess current release management process and identify areas for improvement, (document and SPO sites/pages) for internal users and external stakeholders (guests), automation, efficiency, and user experience
  • Provide insights for release management process using SharePoint features and capabilities, provide recommendations for streamlining our workflow, reducing manual errors, and enhancing collaboration among team members and provide hands-on training to our team members on the new and improved processes
