Requirements:

At least 1 year of previous KYC experience is a must for this position
Unquestionable trustworthiness and integrity
Timely and accurate review of KYC information on client files
Customer-friendly communication style when interacting with customers via email
Strong English written and verbal skills
18 years of age or older with previous work or internship experience
Understanding of cryptocurrencies is an advantage but is not required - training will be provided
Strong wifi
Candidates must have access to an appropriate laptop with a camera or a webcam and a phone capable of running Google / Other authenticator software
Candidates must be prepared to submit to further background / security checks if required

Responsibilities:

Manually review and verify or reject incoming KYC applications that our automated software has flagged for human intervention.
Respond to customers who have raised tickets specifically about KYC applications.
Participate in regular video calls with the Customer Success team and provide feedback as required to the rest of the company.
