Familiarity with SaaS, CRM systems, and communication platforms.
Basic knowledge of SQL and REST APIs.
Responsibilities:
Become an expert in CloudTalk integrations – Deepen your knowledge of the tools CloudTalk integrates with, including industry-leading CRMs and business platforms.
Master automation tools such as HubSpot Workflows and Salesforce Workflows to help clients optimize their processes and maximize efficiency.
Work cross-functionally – Partner with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to enhance integration capabilities.
Support onboarding & troubleshooting – Assist clients and internal teams in setting up integrations, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience.
Analyze and optimize – Monitor integration performance, analyze API responses, and recommend improvements.
Drive innovation – Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to the evolution of CloudTalk’s integration ecosystem, particularly in AI-powered solutions.
Educate & empower – Conduct training sessions for internal and external teams on integration best practices.
