Mandatory deep understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts.
Demonstrated expertise and interest in zero-knowledge and/or scaling technologies like Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum, etc.
Extensive experience and proficiency with Golang, Python, and Django
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Helm, and automated testing frameworks
Ability to efficiently analyze and interpret complex code
Strongly resonating engineering curiosity and passion for experimentation
Proven ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and diligently produce deliverables
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to transfer knowledge in a seamless and engaging manner
Responsibilities:
Deep understanding blockchain technology, covering areas like (but not limited to): consensus mechanisms, optimized transaction processing, Ethereum execution layer client improvements, etc.
Design, develop, and deploy experimental proof of concept architecture for applications and solutions, with a particular focus on scaling technologies and complex integrations
Execute end-to-end smart contract and infrastructure-related functionality deployments, including configuration of CI/CD pipelines and management of Docker components
Read, interact with, and efficiently streamline open source code interactions
Stay on top of innovation trends and produce feasible technical roadmaps in close cross-sectoral collaboration with engineering and product departments
