Product Manager, Operations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a product-based tech company.
• Industry knowledge in Architecture, CAD, BIM, 3D Modeling, or 3D Graphics is highly desirable.
• Strong technical background with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent analytical skills, particularly in user data analysis and Business Intelligence tools.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage various audiences, including customers, engineers, and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a startup culture with limited resources.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap and drive key business results through effective product management.
• Lead cross-functional teams, working closely with engineers, designers, and operational teams to create a product that meets customer needs.
• Regularly analyze product performance, user data, and feedback to inform product improvements.
• Collaborate with the global 3D Operations team to ensure continuous product optimization.
• Champion product enhancements and process improvements to support team and customer success.
