Responsibilities:
  • Master Clutch’s product, processes, and customer landscape.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and key customers.
  • Drive quarterly roadmapping and weekly product execution cadences for Account Opening.
  • Balance new feature releases with onboarding new credit union partners.
  • Coach and support the two Product Managers on your team to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted leader within the product team and company.
  • Scale the Digital Account Opening product to onboard the next wave of credit union customers.
  • Lead the integration of a connected multi-product ecosystem to drive membership growth.
  • Evolve the Branch Account Opening product to meet customer needs.
  • Build trusted relationships with at least five key credit union customers.
  • Identify and define new product opportunities within and beyond account opening.
  • Strengthen the product’s strategic position as a driver of growth for Clutch and its customers.
