- Build and maintain a robust internal and external talent pipeline to meet evolving business needs.
- Track and manage pre-qualified candidates to reduce hiring lead times for critical roles.
- Oversee the allocation of available talent to projects, ensuring optimal workforce utilization.
- Monitor and track key staffing metrics such as workforce utilization, talent pool strength, and time-to-fill critical roles.
- Generate workforce planning reports to provide actionable insights for business leaders.
- Use data-driven analysis to improve staffing processes and decision-making.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the recruiting team, hiring managers, the Capacity Planning function, and Practice Managers.
