Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience - preferably in travel or e-commerce - using data to drive business & marketing decisions and strategy.
  • Solid SQL, experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Sound statistical knowledge and know how to apply it in practice.
  • Proficient in Python at a practical level - you can automate workflows, perform data analysis, or process datasets effectively.
  • Experience in startup/fast-paced environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge on how to use Git and Jupyter notebook is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage metasearch channel Integrations: Oversee the performance and daily operations of metasearch channels - prioritize, plan and optimize marketing campaigns using performance data.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct deep dives into business datasets to uncover valuable insights and generate actionable hypotheses. Find growth opportunities and set up performance marketing experiments and model improvements.
  • Manage communication with channels: Manage day-to-day communication with account managers from the channels - build strong long-lasting relationships with account managers. Initiate, manage and communicate new projects and initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leveraging data for measurement, testing, decision-making, and prioritization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers and Partnerships Managers.
  • Reporting: build custom dashboards / reports for partners and business stakeholders
  • Own performance of different channels (with the main focus on meta marketing) and smartly manage day-to-day operations
