Requirements:
- 3+ years as a software engineer and at least 3+ years of Tech Lead experience in the React and NodeJS ecosystem
- Excellent knowledge of Javascript, Typescript, React, Node JS and its core Principles
- Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest and RTL and build tools and code versioning tools such as Git, Webpack, npm, etc
- Experience with micro frontend development , GraphQL & Apollo Client
- Experience in Microservice Architecture and Knowledge of AWS Could Systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical Projects and challenges
- B.S or M.S Tech degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of customer experience, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
- Develop and prioritise scalable solutions that enhance customer interactions with great UI/UX at its core
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines throughout the development lifecycle
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support to internal teams and external customers
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance Nivoda's platform
