Requirements:

  • Monitor data quality, deduplicate records, and address inconsistencies in the CRM.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and provide insights for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Support ad-hoc data analysis requests to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current HubSpot workflows and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in designing and implementing scalable processes to support the revenue team’s growth.
  • Work with the Revenue Operations team to align HubSpot processes with broader business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure their needs are met within HubSpot.
  • Serve as the go-to person for HubSpot configuration and setup for cross-functional projects.
  • Support stakeholders in setting up campaigns, lead allocation, and pipeline tracking.
