Requirements:
  • Crypto-native: Pre-existing knowledge about the crypto market in general, blockchains technologies and Web3 concepts
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a quota-driven, full-cycle Business development/Sales manager, Account Executive role
  • Proven background in a rapidly growing tech company environment
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and conducting product demonstrations
  • A consultative approach to sales, supported by analytical and quantitative skills, with a mandatory proficiency in closing deals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in using CRM software religiously to manage sales pipelines, track leads, and close deals effectively.
  • Ability to leverage CRM tools to prioritize sales activities, monitor targets, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience analyzing CRM data to forecast revenue, refine strategies, and drive sales performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Achieve our outperform staking as a service targets through growing international clients and partners
  • Be responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting to signing, including all commercial negotiations
  • Search and establishment of contact with key persons on the side of potential partners and clients
  • Organization and conduct of negotiations for the purpose of selling staking services
  • Identification of customer needs and objections, search for growth points
  • Preparation of commercial offers
  • Participation in conferences and public events
  • Reporting to the client and internally in CRM
  • Log all sales activities (calls, emails, meetings) in the CRM to ensure accurate tracking and follow-ups.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, moving leads through stages to meet revenue goals.
  • Use CRM insights to prioritize leads, tailor pitches, and maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team using CRM data to align on targets and strategies.
  • Generate CRM reports to evaluate performance, identify trends, and improve sales outcomes.
