Requirements:

• Strong, demonstrated experience with OpenTelemetry, collector, SDKs, OTLP, or semantic standards.
• Substantial technical experience from disciplines such as testing, software development, SRE, monitoring, or operations.
• Effective communication skills to interact with diverse experience levels.
• Collaborative mindset in a learning culture.
• Background in a technical field, like a BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Technical writing skills demonstrated through past written work.
• Presentation skills shown through speaking experience.
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Creating technical content to educate and empower developers & SREs.
• Acting as an ally to external practitioners getting started.
• Building relationships within the Grafana & OTel communities.
• Providing feedback on products to improve user experience.
