Requirements:

• Experience providing legal counsel on complicated regulatory investigations/responses/projects.
• Experience in cross-functional project management in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading internal investigations and/or regulatory responsesIdeal candidates will have demonstrated experience communicating and partnering at all levels of an organization to coordinate between multiple internal stakeholders and balance differing opinions and perspectives

Responsibilities:

• Proactively assess and define potential risks, and identify recommendations in coordination with cross-functional subject matter experts on high-priority cross-functional matters.
• Drive these cross-functional projects and be responsible for ensuring effective execution.
• Quickly learn and synthesize information from a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to frame decisions and communicate clear updates and recommendations to company leadership on complex urgent and sensitive projects.
