Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams effectively, creating a culture of commitment and engagement.
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience leading net new Sales success for a high-growth SaaS company.
- Deep understanding of SaaS/subscription software business models and recurring revenue value drivers.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the AdTech, Marketing, and/or Data Analytics industries.
- Strong strategic capability with operational excellence and analytical mindset.
- Ability to influence and inspire through persuasion and negotiation.
- Strong customer orientation with a passion for revenue and growth.
- Desire for continuous learning and improvement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets across Business Development, New Business sales, and Expansion sales in EMEA and LATAM.
- Hire, motivate and develop sales teams and managers in Helsinki and Dublin, promoting a culture of growth and excellence.
- Lead the execution of key pipeline development campaigns in collaboration with Marketing teams.
- Assign resources to maximize results, analyze the business, and develop go-to-market plans.
- Represent Supermetrics at industry events and conferences to enhance visibility.
