Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in overseeing channels and third-party relationships with healthcare-technology vendors.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding new business quota and KPIs while collaborating with distribution partners selling healthcare software.
- Experience working with healthcare executives at the C-Suite level: CXO, CMO, CEO, CDO.
- Strong channel and partnership management skills in the healthcare technology marketplace.
- Knowledge of healthcare technology and industry trends, including AI and patient engagement tools.
- Experience managing partners to expand partnerships and fluency in healthcare economics.
Responsibilities:
- Generate interest in Lirio by building relationships with C-Level executives across the Healthcare Technology market landscape.
- Evangelize Lirio in the healthcare technology ecosystem at events such as conferences, trade shows, seminars, and webinars.
- Collaborate with direct sales team to ensure alignment on sales strategies.
- Update and maintain sales pipeline in company CRM (Salesforce).
- Earn a trusted advisor relationship with executives at channels and partners, focusing on key issues.
- Achieve KPIs in collaboration with Lirio’s leadership team.
- Work with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Client Success, and Product to influence product roadmap and business development.
