Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong experience in email and calendar management, CRM systems, and donor relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to draft professional correspondence.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and Zoom.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high level of initiative and adaptability.
  • Passion for innovation, faith-based work, and supporting mission-driven leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Executive Director.
  • Triage emails and maintain timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Support donor pipeline management and coordination of follow-ups.
  • Maintain donor and partner records in CRM systems.
  • Assist with program coordination, meeting notes, and operational follow-through.
  • Handle documents and expense tracking to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide insights, research, and preparation for key meetings and initiatives.
