Requirements:
- Previous experience leading a technical team.
- Knowledge of Office 365 and Azure cloud services.
- In-depth understanding of Active Directory.
- Complex networking troubleshooting skills, including VLANs, routing, subnetting, and packet captures.
- Broad understanding of operating systems and advanced OS troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with varied operating systems in both CLI and GUI environments.
- SQL database knowledge and advanced firewall configuration skills are a plus.
- Experience troubleshooting ingress/egress issues and familiarity with various firewall UIs.
Responsibilities:
- Primarily focus on technical management of incident response recovery efforts from start to finish.
- Conduct initial project mobilization and manage technical workstreams.
- Provide frequent updates to clients and vendors through calls and reporting.
- Document, track, and escalate project tasks and tickets using a ticketing system.
- Serve as an escalation point for technical questions from other engineers and clients.
