Requirements:
  • Previous experience leading a technical team.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and Azure cloud services.
  • In-depth understanding of Active Directory.
  • Complex networking troubleshooting skills, including VLANs, routing, subnetting, and packet captures.
  • Broad understanding of operating systems and advanced OS troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with varied operating systems in both CLI and GUI environments.
  • SQL database knowledge and advanced firewall configuration skills are a plus.
  • Experience troubleshooting ingress/egress issues and familiarity with various firewall UIs.
Responsibilities:

  • Document, track, and escalate project tasks and tickets using a ticketing system.
  • Serve as an escalation point for technical questions from other engineers and clients.
