Requirements:

• 2-4 years of professional experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), web analytics, or growth marketing.
• Experience evaluating and testing creative and messaging.
• Familiarity with data analysis and basic experimentation techniques.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Amplitude, Snowflake, and Tableau.
• Experience with optimization platforms like Optimizely, Intellimize, AB Tasty, Adobe Target.
• Attention to detail and organization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Web team’s experimentation backlog; from generating test ideas to prioritization.
• Assist with site audits to identify potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage timely progression of experiments from ideation to launch.
• Monitor live experiments to ensure no major anomalies.
• Assist with Experimentation Program process improvement.
• Assist with experiment interpretation, analysis, and recommended next steps.
• Manage completed experiments documentation.
