Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Familiarity with HR systems or compensation benchmarking tools (is a plus).
  • Passion for learning about fair and equitable compensation practices.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and refining compensation structures, including pay bands, salary ranges, and job leveling guides.
  • Help gather and analyze compensation data to ensure pay structures are competitive and aligned with industry trends.
  • Work with compensation data using Excel to clean, analyze, and present findings.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support on compensation-related initiatives as needed.
